| ■ 抄録・要旨 | 奥秩父亜高山帯の樹木立枯れの実態と、環境諸要因を調査することで、主として酸性雨と立枯れの関係について検証するとともに、立枯れ要因について検討した。@三宝山の山腹上部及び甲武信岳周辺、雁坂から破風山の南側斜面尾根筋直下の風衝地、風隙部にシラビソの立枯れ域が広範且つ断続的に分布した。その林床の多くには稚樹、幼樹が密生していた。A立枯れ域の群落構造は縞枯れ構造そのものと判断された。B毎月採取した降水の電気伝導度の大半は5μS/cm以下、S、N等イオン成分濃度も平地部の３分の１から５分の１以下、ｐHも概ね5.2〜5.6と極めて清浄であり、シラビソへの直接的悪影響は考えられなかった。土壌ｐHも立枯れ域内外で全く差がなかった。 Environmental factors, such as acid rain, and its relation with tree decline in the back of Mt. Chichibu in a sub-alpine zone, were investigated. Since rain water was very pure, its influence on Ａｂｉｅｓ tstand was not considered. Moreover, soil pH values between inside and outside of declining-sampled zone had not remarkable difference. Declining of Ａｂｉｅｓ stand was distributed directly under ridge on the south slope of a gable mountain from Karisaka. Young trees could grow inside declining-zone. The cross-sectional mechanism of the vegetation in declining-zone was investigated by “line transect” method, and was considered as wave-decline structure. |
